These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Learn18 website, mobile application, APIs, and services (“Platform”).
The Platform is owned and operated by Learn18 Edsource Private Limited (“Learn18”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”).

By accessing or using Learn18, you agree to comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of India.
Platform: Learn18 website, mobile apps, APIs, and services
User / You / Your: Any person or entity using the Platform
Personal Data: As defined under the DPDP Act, 2023
Data Fiduciary: Learn18 Edsource Private Limited
Data Principal: User whose data is collected
Third Party: Any entity other than Learn18 or the User
By using Learn18, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms
You provide free, informed, specific, and unambiguous consent
You agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
a) You must be legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law.
b) Users below 18 years may use the Platform only with verified consent of a parent or legal guardian, as required under DPDP Rules, 2025.
c) You must not use the Platform if prohibited by any law.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and updated information
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
Not upload false, offensive, or illegal content
Not misuse, hack, or disrupt Platform services
You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
Registration is mandatory. The Platform may collect:
Name
Mobile number
Email address
Date of birth
Gender
Address (city, state, country)
Payment and transaction references
KYC details where legally required
Login credentials (securely encrypted)
Data is collected strictly in compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023.
Learn18 acts as a Data Fiduciary and processes data:
Only for lawful and defined purposes
With consent or legitimate use
Using reasonable security safeguards
With data minimization and retention limits
Users have rights to access, correct, erase data, withdraw consent, and file grievances.

Guardian consent is mandatory for users below 18 years
No targeted advertising or profiling of children
Data used strictly for education and skill development
All content on Learn18, including text, logos, videos, UI, and software, is the exclusive property of Learn18 Edsource Private Limited.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
Users may upload content such as profiles, assignments, feedback, or documents.
You confirm that:
You own or have rights to the content
Content is lawful and accurate
Learn18 is not responsible for user-submitted content
Learn18 may remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion.
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Learn18 does not guarantee:
Job placement
Internship confirmation
Continuous availability
Error-free content
Payments are processed via RBI-compliant gateways.
Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy available on the Platform.
Learn18 may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Policy violations
False information
Illegal or abusive behavior
Security risks
Termination does not affect accrued legal rights.
Learn18 may integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn18 shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Career or financial outcomes
Third-party actions
Data loss beyond reasonable safeguards
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts of Buhana, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.
Learn18 may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes.
Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
