Refund policy

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all payments made on the Learn18 platform, operated by Learn18 Edsource Private Limited (“Learn18”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”).

Learn18 provides digital services including online courses, internships, certifications, subscriptions, and learning resources.


2. NATURE OF SERVICES

All services offered on Learn18 are digital, time-bound, and access-based. Once access is granted, services are considered delivered unless stated otherwise.


3. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

a) Payment deducted but service not activated
b) Duplicate or multiple payments for the same service
c) Technical error or system failure attributable to Learn18
d) Service discontinued by Learn18 before activation

All refund requests are subject to verification.


4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Course, internship, or program already started

  • Certificates already generated or downloaded

  • Digital content accessed or consumed

  • User non-attendance or non-participation

  • Change of mind after enrollment

  • Failure due to device, network, or user-side issues

  • Violation of Terms and Conditions


5. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time

  • Cancellation stops future billing

  • No refund for partially used subscription periods


6. INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS

  • fees are non-refundable once onboarding is completed

  • If Learn18 cancels the internship before start, a full refund will be processed

  • No refund for internship termination due to user misconduct or non-compliance


7. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

To request a refund:

  1. Email the refund request to info@learn18.com

  2. Include registered email, transaction ID, and reason

  3. Request must be made within 24 hrs of payment

Late requests may not be considered.


8. REFUND TIMELINE

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank


9. TAXES AND FEES

  • Platform fees, payment gateway charges, and applicable taxes may be deducted from the refund amount where legally applicable


10. CHANGES TO POLICY

Learn18 reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated policies will be effective upon posting on the Platform.
